Ordering Policy

You can place your order by sending us an email or you can call us.
Calls are accepted during our business hours:  10:00 till 3:30 Monday through Friday, if no one is available to take your call please leave a message and we will contact you.
Once your order has been placed and shipping charges calculated; an adjusted invoice will be sent to your e-mail address with the total of your order.   We will also request payment at that time.  Orders can take a few days to process, you will be contacted.

Payment can be made by:  check, money order, through your paypal account or by credit card (processed via pay-pal. Checks and money orders can be sent to:

If you wish to pay through Paypal or with a credit card, a paypal request for payment will be sent to you.  All credit card payment must go through paypal.


If payment is made by check :
Upon receipt of check, your order will be shipped out within 10 working days, allowing your check to clear with our financial institution. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared. Returned checks will impose a $35.00 return check fee on issuer.


If payment is made by Pay pal, Money Order or Cashiers check :
Your order will be shipped out within 2 working days, if this is not possible due to certain circumstances you will be notified via email.

We do not ship outside the U.S.

Some of our products are available for immediate shipment, some are not, upon notification of order you will be informed about the status of any product.

*****Samples****
Due to a overwhelming response, we are unable to offer free samples. Quite often we get numerous requests for "free" samples. Although we'd love to be able to offer them, material and shipping costs make it impossible for us to do so. Paying customers only are entitled to a free sample of any one of our products (as long as the product you desire is in stock).
